Billing starts the moment your credentials are delivered, and any partial day counts as a full day — power on at 10am and cancel at 6pm the same day, and that's one full day. Daily plans can be canceled anytime; you're charged only for days used, with any remaining balance refunded to your original payment method.
Upgrade to a higher tier anytime — just pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current cycle, and your data migrates as-is within the same region. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so there's no back-and-forth proration on your current invoice.
Renew anytime, and switch billing cycles at renewal if you like (for example, moving from daily to monthly). If a machine isn't renewed by its expiration date, it's powered off and your data is retained for 7 days — renew during that window to restore it instantly. After that, everything is wiped permanently with no backup copy kept.
Newly provisioned machines are eligible for a no-questions-asked full refund within 24 hours. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly orders past that 24-hour window are refunded on a prorated basis for any unused full cycles — see the Terms of Service for the exact policy.
Yes. Submit a support ticket requesting a migration, and we'll provision a new machine of the same tier in your target region. Once you've migrated your data over, we'll cancel the old machine and prorate any unused time onto the new one. All three tiers are available in every region.
Yes, and you won't need to rebuild the machine. Just switch the billing cycle to monthly from the console — once your paid days run out, it automatically renews at the monthly rate, with your environment, data, and IP all preserved exactly as they were. That's actually our recommended path: try it out for a day or two at $21.6/day, then commit to monthly once you're satisfied.
Yes — every machine on every plan includes a dedicated public IPv4 address at no extra cost. SSH (port 22) and VNC (port 5900) are open by default, and you can configure firewall rules for any other port yourself from the console. Setting up a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner or exposing a service to the internet both work out of the box.
